Whitebottom Farm Wedding

Everything about Fiona and Mike’s Whitebottom Farm wedding was FUN. They knew they wanted their wedding to be a big party with all their favourite people. And what better a venue than Whitebottom Farm in Marple – a place that hosts yearly music festivals, for a big, fun festival themed wedding. Especially after postponing for two years after covid. But, the waiting paid off and they got to have the big wedding they wanted with everyone there.

Bridal prep at Bredbury Hall Hotel

On the wedding morning, I headed over to bridal prep with the girls at Bredbury hall hotel. With 6 bridesmaids and a flower girl, the place was filled with giggles and excitement. Fiona wore a stunning, sleek Made with love bridal dress from Love Boutique in Altrincham. Paired with a flower headband and bouquet my favourite dried florist Folky Dokey.

Chadkirk Chapel Wedding Ceremony

 Once everyone was ready we headed over to the gorgeous Chadkirk Chapel in Romiley. Chadkirk Chapel is a 16th centery building set in a country park. The whole place is just so beautiful and the Chapel has huge windows that let in loads of light and a pretty beamed ceiling. The sun was shinning as we headed in. The ceremony was a short one, with the couple choosing to focus their day on the party at Whitebottom Farm. After the ceremony we headed outside for confetti and family formals in the beautiful grounds before continuing over to Whitebottom Farm.

Continuing with their festival theme the pair chose to have food vans serving food rather than the traditional 3 course meal. Believe me when I say no one was disappointed by this. The food was incredible with a choice of wood fired pizza or Greek gyros and waffles for dessert. Whitebottom Farm had so much outdoor space to accommodate all of this and more. The couple also chose to ditch the cake in favour of a three tier pork pie

Wedding reception and party at Whitebottom Farm

After everyone was fed, it was time for speeches! The groomsmen hit it off with a hilarious speech followed by getting Mike to down his drink- he was a champ and did it in 5 seconds. Mike’s speech also had a suprise, after he was finished thanking everyone he got up on stage with his best man to sing to fiona a song! It was bloody brilliant and Fiona was so shocked.

We then gathered the wedding party and headed down the field for sunset portraits with smoke bombs. Followed by a prosecco spray with the couple and some cute pics with their gorgeous doggo. Whitebottom Farm has so much room for brilliant spots for pictures and their field gets the most gorgeous light at sunset.

I even got to finish the day with the best chicken burger of my life curtesy of triple b, a food van that provided all their guests with evening food.
